Every review site says it is honest. This page says what that means here, in enough detail that you can check whether we followed it.

What gets covered
This desk covers one platform. GoHighLevel, its plans, its pricing, and the products people compare it against. We do not review whatever happens to pay best that month, because a site that covers everything ends up covering nothing properly.
A comparison gets written when enough people are genuinely choosing between the two products. That is why ClickFunnels, Kajabi, HubSpot and Systeme.io have pages here and dozens of other tools do not. If a product is not a real alternative for a real buyer, adding it would only be a way to catch search traffic.
How claims get verified
The rule is short: verify it, or attribute it.
Prices, plan limits, trial terms and feature availability are checked against the live GoHighLevel product and its official documentation before a page goes out, and re-checked when the platform changes them. Every page carries the date it was last verified.
Some things cannot be verified from the product itself. Support response times, billing surprises, how the platform behaves after two years of use. Where a claim comes from experience we have not reproduced ourselves, we say where it came from and link it. Documented user reports, review platforms, official changelogs.
What we do not do: we do not write "we tested this" unless we did. A review that claims hands-on experience it does not have is the exact failure this site was built to avoid, and it is the easiest lie to tell in this format.
How ratings are decided
Ratings are per use case, not absolute. GoHighLevel is a strong buy for an agency reselling sub-accounts and a poor one for a solo creator who needs a course platform. A single number that ignores who is asking is decoration, not information.
Where a page shows a rating, the reasoning that produced it is on the same page. If you can see the number but not why, the number is not worth anything.

What happens when the product is bad
This is the section most review sites leave out, so it is the one worth reading.
The criticism stays in. Every review here has sections on what the platform does badly, and those sections do not get softened because the page earns a commission. GoHighLevel has a real learning curve, its email deliverability needs work that the marketing does not mention, and its pricing gets complicated fast once usage fees start. Those things are in the reviews because they are true.
Every review also says who should not buy. If the honest answer for your situation is a different product, the page says so and points you at it.
If the platform ever became bad enough that we could not recommend it to anyone, the recommendation would go and the affiliate link would go with it. A commission is not worth a reader acting on advice we do not believe.
Corrections
GoHighLevel ships changes constantly, and a fact that was right in March can be wrong by September. When we find a page out of date we fix it and update the verified date rather than quietly editing it.
